The fourth season of Pakistan Super League is just a few weeks away. The teams will compete for each other twice in double round robin format. Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi will host the matches of the tournament. The Pakistan leg of the league is scheduled to play in Karachi and Lahore. The teams finalized their player squad for season 2019 at PSL Draft on November 20, 2018. Ab de Villers, Dewayne Bravo, Kieron Pollard, Ian Bell, Shahid Afridi, and Sikandar Raza were the few noteworthy picks at the player draft, today PSL match. Here are the X-factors from each franchise this edition, take a look.

Luke Ronchi | Islamabad United

The captain of the defending champions will be the key player from the team. Islamabad United retained him and bought some for PSL Season 2019. Last Season, Luke Ronchi starred with bat and will do same this year. He scored 435 runs in 11 matches of the tournament at a whopping strike rate of 2019. The top order batsman of the team won five Man of the Matches Awards. There are some talented and experienced players, but no one can replace him.

Sunil Narine | Quetta Gladiators

Quetta Gladiators have revived their squad buying Dewayne Bravo and Ahmed Shehzad. They also brought in Umar Akmal and Sunil Narine trading with Lahore Qalandars. Sunil Narine is an off-spin bowler and pinch-hitting opener. He is one of the foremost all-rounders in the world. Narine has been tight and accurate after changing his bowling action as his bowling has never been better, today PSL match.

Babar Azam | Karachi Kings

Babar Azam is world number 1 T-twenty batsmen and will be the key player of the team. He is a steady batsman, but scores at fare pace and a real run machine. Karachi Kings retained him along overseas players Colin Ingram and Colin Munro. Last season, Babar was the second highest run-scorer of the tournament with 708 runs.  Also, he was the leading run scorer of the team scoring 402 runs in 11 innings including five virtuoso half centuries.

Ab de Villers | Lahore Qalandars

Lahore Qalandars had a bad previous season finishing last at points table, today PSL match. They got first to pick of draft Ab be Villers and look the most impressive squad in PSL. Ab de Villers is a match-winning great batsman. He is capable of destroying the bowling attack of the opponent and can change the game singlehandedly. AB De Villiers is the most destructive and consistent player in all formats of the game.

Kieron Pollard | Peshawar Zalmi

In PSL Draft for the fourth edition, Peshawar Zalmi bought Misbah UL Haq, Dawid Malan, and Kieron Pollard. The team finished runner-up at season 2018. Kieron Pollard is a gifted medium pace bowler and one of the best fielders in the world. He will be the key player for Peshawar Zalmi. Recently, he scored 62 runs off 26 deliveries playing for Dhaka Dynamites. He has abilities to tear apart the opposition with his high voltage knocks.

Nicholas Pooran | Multan Sultans

Recently, Ali Tareen won the franchise rights of Multan Sultans after the termination of the ownership contract with Schon Properties Ltd. Steve Smith couldn’t attend the PSL fourth edition because of injury and will undergo surgery. Nicholes Pooran is an attacking batsman likes to play huge shots. He was sensational in the T10 league playing for West Indies and has been on fire in the ongoing BPL. Nicholas is the second highest run scorer in the competition playing for Syhlet Sixes.
